Certification Fees
Certification fees are based on the number of specialty areas (up to 4) requested by a particular laboratory and the number of onsite inspections required to achieve all requested certifications. Single test certification fees are based on number of specialty areas (up to 2) requested by the contractor. Primary Certification is valid for a period of two (2) years. Satellite Certification is project-specific, and is valid for the length of the project, not to exceed two years. Single Test Certification is valid for a period of two (2) years. Reciprocal Laboratory Certification is valid for a period of one (1) year. The current fee structure is as follows:

Additional Fees
Only one visit is required. Need for subsequent visits is
based on the thoroughness with which a candidate laboratory satisfies the
requirements of the certification process.
Additional fees will be assessed if subsequent visits are required.
